Solvy™ 100H Water Soluble Stabilizer 20" (50cms wide) - by the Metre

This Solvy is a light water soluble stabilizer mainly used as an embroidery topping that creates a smooth surface assisting clear and clean embroidery.   Other uses include template designing and quilting pattern guidance.   Some textile artists create their collages by sandwiching textiles and fibres between two layers of this stabilizer, stitching all in place before dissolving.

Clear colour - 20 inches (50cms) wide.  Sold by the metre.
